Completion Date:  2024-Ongoing Contracted by Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (PRIDCO) to provide program coordination, construction management and inspection services for multiple existing industrial building repair projects under the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA 4473-DR-PR) and State (Capex) Program.

We work closely with PRIDCO for the timely completion of construction deliverables, and contractor compliance with all contract requirements, and support through project completion.
