CPM, as the Project Manager, has completed the repairs of the Connector Bridge, an essential link between the Cardiovascular Center of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean and the Adult University Hospital.

As part of the post-Hurricane María reconstruction efforts, CPM oversaw every aspect of this project, ensuring smooth coordination and timely completion. Key tasks included:

• Overseeing the removal and replacement of acrylic panels for a refreshed, modern look
• Managing the installation of new vinyl flooring and rubber baseboards for enhanced safety and durability
• Supervising the upgrade of lighting fixtures to improve visibility and energy efficiency
• Coordinating the complete interior and exterior repainting to restore its pristine condition

CPM team ensured the seamless execution of this 200-linear-foot project, all while the hospital remained fully operational. With meticulous planning, strategic scheduling, and dedication—including weekends and overtime—we minimized disruptions and achieved our client’s goals.
